Investors
The UK Tier 1 (Investor) Visa route offers high net worth individuals and their families the opportunity to apply to reside in the UK by making a substantial investment
of at least £2 million in the UK (or £1 million pre April 2014). The investment must be made in UK Government Bonds or shares/bonds in active and trading UK
companies. Successful applicants are permitted to live in the UK. They may also later qualify for permanent residency in the UK and British citizenship subject to
certain conditions being met. What differs our firm from the rest in that we are well connected with various financial institutions who can assist in managing the
required investment appropriately. We will be at your side right from entry clearance into the UK up until you obtain British citizenship should that be your end goal.
Entrepreneurs / Innovators
The Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) route to the UK officially closed for new applicants as of 29 March 2019. However, there is a similar route into the UK known as the Tier 1
(Innovator) route. This route has been established to attract foreign entrepreneurs to establish innovative business ventures in the UK. In order to be successful under
this route, an applicant must show the UK Home Office and an approved endorsing body that the intended business venture is innovative, viable and scalable. If an
application is successful, the visa is usually granted for 3 years but it should be noted that this route does not lead to automatic settlement in the UK. A visa extension
will be required unless an approved endorsing body can confirm to the UK Home Office that certain criteria have been met.

Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) visa
This visa is for persons who’s employer has offered a role in a UK branch of its organization. The UK branch of the employer must also be licensed to sponsor the
applicant in the UK. There are 2 types of this visa, either long-term staff or graduate trainees. Subject to certain conditions, the former is only applicable to persons
who have been working for the employer for at least 12 months. The latter is for graduate applicants on trainee programmes for specialist roles with at least 3 months
experience working for their employer. It should be noted that this type of visa does not currently lead to settlement.
Tier 2 (General Work) visa
This route is suitable for those who have been offered a skilled job in the UK. The UK employer must also be licensed to sponsor an applicant who must have a salary
that meets a certain threshold depending on the job. Provided certain conditions are met, an applicant may apply for settlement in the UK after a period of 5 years.
Representative of an overseas business visa
This route is persons who are representatives of an overseas business intending to set up either a UK branch or wholly owned subsidiary in the UK. There are various
eligibility criteria to be satisfied. Provided certain conditions are met, an applicant may apply for settlement in the UK after a period of 5 years.
